" Chez Tau Bay delivers a delightful Vietnamese food experience! The pho was rich and flavorful, while the bun bo hue took me back to my last trip to Vietnam. The restaurant atmosphere is no-frills but clean, which I appreciated. The portion sizes are generous too! Service was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Definitely looking forward to dining here again. " (*Curated Review*)
" Incredible experience! I visited Restaurant Chez Tau Bay last week and was truly blown away by their pho. The broth had an amazing depth of flavor, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I was also impressed by the service; the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the bun bo hue as well, which was packed with meat and had a hearty broth. Overall, a delightful dining experience! " (*Curated Review*)
" The pho was quite good, definitely hearty, but I’ve been to other places that were even better. This restaurant might be better for their other dishes; although I saw a few people with impressive looking plates. The dining experience was okay but could improve regarding cleanliness. Service was friendly though, no complaints on that end! " (*Curated Review*)
" I came here after seeing reviews online, and I have to say, it lived up to the hype! I ordered the bun bo hue and can honestly say it was some of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. The meat was tender, and the spices blended nicely. The atmosphere was simple but cozy. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu! " (*Curated Review*)
" This place offers a wonderful taste of Vietnam, aesthetic aside. While the decor may not be top notch, the flavors are. I was particularly impressed with the com tam, which had perfectly grilled pork and a generous portion of broken rice just like you would find in Vietnam. The staff were quite friendly, although service could slow down when busy. Definitely a hidden gem worth revisiting! " (*Curated Review*)
" I was really excited to try their food after hearing good things, but I have to say I was a bit let down. The spring rolls were good but the pho lacked depth in flavor; it needed more seasoning. The ambiance felt off too, it wasn’t particularly inviting. I probably wouldn’t come back based on this experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" Great little spot! I came here on a recommendation and enjoyed the pho greatly. The broth had depth and lots of fresh ingredients. However, I wish the ambiance was more inviting. I had a great time, but I would like to see the restaurant invest in some decor. The service was helpful and kind, which made a difference! " (*Curated Review*)
